Welcome to Studio Gabtastic 💌
Every order is packed with care, creativity, and a little bit of everyday magic.

✂️ Processing Times

  • Greeting Cards & Ready-to-Ship Items: Your order will be made and sent within 1–3 business days.
  • Mail Club Subscriptions: All mail club pieces are lovingly gathered and sent out on the 24th of each month.
  • Custom Orders: Each custom piece is one-of-a-kind, so timing will be shared with you before we begin.
  • Party Decor & Event Items: These are made around your celebration date and will be scheduled individually so everything arrives right on time.

📮 Shipping + Delivery

Most orders are sent through USPS First Class Mail once they leave the studio.

Estimated delivery times after shipping:

  • U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days

Please remember: delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Once your order is with the postal service, it begins its own little journey to you 💫

💌 The Mail Club (Important!)

  • Mail Club letters are sent using traditional stamps, just like real handwritten mail magic.
  • Because of this, tracking is not included.
  • Each envelope travels gently through the postal system—sometimes quickly, sometimes slowly, but always with intention.

🌧️ Lost, Delayed, or Missing Mail

Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care of USPS.

  • We cannot control postal delays, weather disruptions, or handling times.
  • For tracked packages, USPS can help with delivery updates.
  • For stamped Mail Club letters, we’re unable to track individual envelopes, but we’re always happy to chat if something feels off or hasn’t arrived.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout ✨
We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrectly entered addresses. If something needs correcting, reach out quickly and we’ll do our best to help before it ships.

🎄 Busy Seasons & Special Drops

During busy creative seasons (holidays, launches, or big mail weeks), things may take a little longer as everything is handmade and packed with care. Any delays will always be shared clearly.

Local order can be picked up in Fredericksburg VA, 22405. We will arrange at time of ordering.
