🛍️ What do you sell?

We create handmade greeting cards, monthly Mail Club letters, custom stationery, party decor, and playful paper goods designed to bring a little joy into your everyday mail.

📮 How long does shipping take?

  • Greeting cards & ready-to-ship items: 1–3 business days to process
  • Custom orders: timing varies and will be shared with you before we begin
  • Party decor: scheduled based on your event date
  • Mail Club: sent on the 24th of each month

Delivery time after shipping is typically 3–7 business days within the U.S.

💌 What is the Mail Club?

The Mail Club is a monthly subscription where you receive a surprise piece of mail designed to feel like a little pause in your month—something to open, enjoy, and daydream with ✨

Mail Club items are sent using traditional stamps and do not include tracking.

📬 When does Mail Club ship?

All Mail Club pieces are sent on the 24th of each month.

🎨 Can I request custom designs?

Yes! Custom orders are available depending on the project. Just reach out and we’ll chat about your idea before getting started.

✂️ Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can only be changed or canceled before they enter production. Once we begin creating your order, it cannot be canceled.

Mail Club subscriptions must be canceled before the monthly cutoff date.

💸 Do you accept returns or refunds?

All items are made-to-order, so all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll help make it right.

🌧️ What if my order gets lost or delayed?

Once your order is shipped, it is in the hands of USPS. We are not responsible for postal delays, but if something seems off, please reach out so we can help where possible.

Mail Club items sent via stamp cannot be tracked.

🏡 My address was wrong—what now?

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately and we’ll try to correct it before your order ships.
