At Studio Gabtastic, many of our products are made specifically for your event. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Purchase Options

We offer several types of products and services, including:

• DIY balloon kits and supplies

• Custom balloon décor

• Local balloon delivery and drop-off

• Helium balloon bouquets

• Balloon stacks and garlands

• Balloon installations

• Custom event décor

Product availability, delivery options, and pricing will be displayed during the ordering process.

Order Changes

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes; however, changes may not be possible once your order has entered production or materials have been purchased specifically for your order.

Changes to colors, balloon numbers, wording, delivery addresses, or event dates may result in additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

Before Production

Orders may be canceled before production begins. If approved, you may receive a refund to your original payment method, subject to any non-refundable fees or costs already incurred.

After Production Begins

Once production has begun, custom and personalized orders generally cannot be canceled or refunded because materials and labor have already been committed to your order.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Custom balloon garlands

• Balloon stacks

• Personalized balloons

• Helium bouquets

• Custom balloon décor

• Custom event orders

Delivery & Installation Orders

For local delivery or installation orders, cancellations must be requested as soon as possible.

If materials have been purchased or preparation has begun, the order may no longer be eligible for a full refund.

Installation dates are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed until the order has been confirmed.

Event Date Changes

If you need to change your event date, please contact us as soon as possible.

Date changes are subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate your new date, but a date change cannot be guaranteed.

Additional charges may apply if the change requires new materials, additional labor, or expedited preparation.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are separate from the product price and are non-refundable once delivery has been completed.

If a customer is unavailable to receive their order or provides an incorrect delivery address, additional delivery charges may apply for another delivery attempt.

DIY Kits & Shipped Products

Unopened, non-custom DIY products may be eligible for cancellation or return according to our Returns & Refund Policy.

Custom, personalized, or opened products are generally not eligible for cancellation or return.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation or order change, contact us as soon as possible through our website contact form or business email.

Please include your order number and the name used to place the order.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be canceled. We will confirm whether your cancellation request has been approved.
