Shipping Policy

At Studio Gabtastic, we offer shipping on select products, including DIY balloon kits and other items that are suitable for shipment.

1. Products We Ship

Only products specifically marked as shippable are eligible for standard shipping.

Custom assembled balloons, helium bouquets, balloon stacks, garlands, and other inflated balloon décor are not shipped. These products are available for local delivery or pickup where offered.

2. Processing Times

Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days unless a different processing time is stated on the product page.

Custom and made-to-order products may require additional processing time. Please review the product listing for any specific production timeline before placing your order.

Processing times do not include shipping transit time.

3. Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to the carrier, weather, holidays, high shipping volume, or other circumstances outside of our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and the destination.

Some products may qualify for special shipping rates or promotions when offered.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

6. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the packaging and damaged items.

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier.

We will do our best to assist with shipping issues, but once a package has been confirmed as delivered by the carrier, Studio Gabtastic cannot guarantee replacement for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

7. Balloon Kits & Temperature

DIY balloon kits contain uninflated balloons and are suitable for shipping.

Once balloons are inflated, balloon longevity can be affected by temperature, sunlight, humidity, and handling. Studio Gabtastic is not responsible for balloon damage or reduced balloon longevity resulting from conditions after the product has been received.

8. Local Balloon Delivery

Local balloon delivery is separate from standard shipping.

Our local delivery service is for customers within our designated service area and is drop-off only unless installation has been purchased separately.

Local delivery fees are calculated separately and are not the same as standard shipping charges.

9. International Shipping

At this time, Studio Gabtastic ships to the United States only, unless otherwise stated on the product listing.
