Welcome to Studio Gabtastic! By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Because many of our products are custom-made for individual events, orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has begun.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details before submitting payment, including event date, delivery address, colors, sizes, numbers, names, wording, and product selections.

2. Custom Orders

Colors shown on a screen may vary slightly from the actual balloon color due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.

For custom balloon décor, we reserve the right to make minor adjustments to balloon placement, sizing, and design to create the best overall finished arrangement while maintaining the requested color scheme and overall style.

If a specific balloon, foil, color, or design element becomes unavailable, we will contact you regarding an appropriate replacement when possible.

3. Balloon Delivery

Local balloon delivery is a drop-off service unless installation has been specifically purchased.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and accessible delivery address and ensuring that someone is available to receive the order when required.

Delivery fees are calculated separately from the product price.

Our standard local delivery rate is calculated from ZIP code 22405, with service available up to 60 miles. Locations beyond our standard delivery area may require a custom delivery quote.

Delivery times may be affected by traffic, weather, road conditions, or circumstances outside of our control.

4. Delivery & Handling

Once balloons have been delivered, the customer assumes responsibility for their care and handling.

Balloons may be damaged by heat, cold, wind, rain, sharp objects, pets, children, low ceilings, rough handling, or improper transportation.

We are not responsible for damage that occurs after successful delivery due to circumstances outside of our control.

For outdoor events, we strongly recommend protecting balloons from extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, wind, and rain. Outdoor balloon displays are subject to environmental conditions and may not last as long as indoor displays.

5. Installation Services

Installation is a separate service and is not included with delivery-only products.

If installation is purchased, the customer is responsible for providing a safe and appropriate setup area.

We reserve the right to refuse installation in an unsafe location or under unsafe conditions.

Additional fees may apply if the installation requires unexpected equipment, additional labor, difficult access, stairs, long-distance carrying, or other circumstances not included in the original quote.

6. DIY Balloon Kits

DIY kits are provided uninflated unless otherwise stated.

Customers are responsible for following the included instructions and properly handling balloons and balloon-related equipment.

DIY kits do not include installation services.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Because our balloon products are frequently custom-made and prepared specifically for individual events, cancellations and refunds are subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.

Once an order has entered production, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation or refund.

Delivery fees are non-refundable once delivery has been completed.

8. Event Date Changes

If you need to change your event date, please contact us as soon as possible.

Date changes are subject to availability and may require additional fees if materials have already been purchased or production has begun.

We cannot guarantee that your new date will be available.

9. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Correct event date

• Correct delivery address

• Correct phone number and email address

• Correct names and wording

• Correct balloon numbers

• Correct colors and product selections

We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

10. Photography & Marketing

With the customer's permission, Studio Gabtastic may photograph completed balloon arrangements for use on our website, social media, advertising, and other promotional materials.

Customers may request that their event or arrangement not be photographed for promotional purposes.

11. Safety

Balloons and balloon décor are not toys.

Latex balloons present a choking hazard and should be kept away from young children. Broken balloons should be removed immediately.

Children should not play with uninflated or broken balloons.

Studio Gabtastic is not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from improper use, handling, placement, or supervision of balloon products.

12. Product Availability

We reserve the right to substitute a balloon color, foil, or decorative element when a specific item becomes unavailable.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide a replacement that is similar in color, style, size, and value.

13. Limitation of Liability

Studio Gabtastic is not responsible for losses, damages, delays, or expenses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, traffic, road closures, venue restrictions, power outages, supplier shortages, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Our maximum liability for any order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

14. Changes to These Terms

Studio Gabtastic reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.

The updated version will be posted on our website with the revised date.
